往事随风-阎明复的侄女
前两天看新闻说中共开明人士阎明复已过世，享年92岁。我知道阎明复是因为八九六四学运，他是中共前期出面处理学运的主要人物，当时他是中央统战部长，书记处书记。后来对他印象加强是因为来美国后认识了他的侄女。
我在上世纪90年代开始在美国底特律的亨利福特医院做医学研究，有次参加医院华人的爬梯(舞会)，当时一大高个漂亮女士邀请我跳了几首舞，闲聊之中知道她姓阎，竟然是我的大学校友，她是77级的，高我几级，我们在医院同一栋研究大楼工作，世界真小。从此我们就算认识了，在工作单位见到时常会闲聊几句，后来参加华人同事的聚会又常见到她。熟了后，知道她大学毕业后考上了解放军总医院的病理研究生，研究生毕业后来到了美国，先到旧金山的UCSF，几年后辗转到了享利福特医院，我那时刚到美国，人生地不熟，阎及其他在同大楼工作的中国人提供给我不少实用的信息及全方位的帮助，至今心怀感激。
我在底特律的第二年夏天，有次全家去一大游乐园玩，巧遇阎校友及家人，当时有他白人丈夫及她的女儿，白人丈夫是她在亨利福特医院的上司，名校PhD毕业，女儿不到10岁，跟国内前夫所生，一家人在一起有说有笑，其乐融融。他们一家人都非常友善，我们一边走一边聊，很是快乐，那时我大儿子一岁，那天太阳很烈，分别的时候，阎还送给我们一把伞，让我们给儿子挡盛夏的太阳。
阎校友那时准备报考美国医生board，但她忘了大学毕业证什么样子，还专门到我家来查看了我的毕业证，照了相，然后要求学校补办一个像我那样的毕业证，供报名用。我在亨利福特医院一共待了两年，离开后跟她没有再联系，后来跟那时的朋友聊天，知道她通过了美国医生的考试和训练后，到南方某州去做病理科医生了。这么多年过去了，希望她一切安好。
